Mark Gerner has a 30-year proven track record of growing firms that are profitable and resilient. Throughout his career, he has successfully transitioned emerging firms (ranging from $1-15 million) into stable, rapidly growing entities of up to $50 million. He has built market presence and led business developments in the US, Europe and the Middle East.
Mark received his Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1986 where he graduated Cum Laude and was the recipient of the highest level of academic scholarship offered.
Kofo AdewunmiBanking & Finance
Kofoworola Adewunmi is a veteran of the Nigerian finance industry where her 21-year experience spans treasury management and retail/private banking. She is a John Maxwell certified personal coach and trainer.
Kofoworola holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maiduguri and a master’s degree in International Relations/Political Science from the University of Lagos.
Bukky Oyedeji, Ph.D.Business Strategy
Dr. Bukky Oyedeji is an assistant professor of business strategy at the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas. She has founded and led multiple businesses in Africa and North America, and was recently the director of business strategy at Warehaus in York, Pennsylvania.
Bukky holds a doctoral degree in business strategy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and two master’s degrees from the University of Lagos and the University of Oklahoma.

Funmi Oyatogun is the CEO & founder of TVP Adventures, a tech-enabled experience company that provides global travel solutions and logistics for individuals and corporate organisations across Africa.
Funmi holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and has been featured as a leading youth voice on CNN, BBC and other global media platforms.
Tayo Oyedeji, Ph.D.Founder & CEO
Dr. Tayo Oyedeji is the CEO of Overwood. His work experience spans finance, marketing, and management consulting across Africa, Europe, and North America. He was the regional Managing Director of Starcom in Africa where he was responsible for 756 employees in 34 countries.
Tayo holds a doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master of business administration from the Oxford University.
