As many of you are aware, we achieved a significant milestone in our journey in May 2023, when we secured our license to operate as a finance company. This achievement amplifies our commitment to continually provide exceptional service to all our valued clients and places us under the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
In light of this accomplishment, the regulatory authorities have advised us to align our company name with the license granted. Thus, effective from July 3, 2023, Overwood Limited will make its transition to Bravewood Finance Limited.
This change necessitates the transition of our current website from www.overwood.ng to www.bravewood.ng. Consequently, our brand identities and product names will also be updated to reflect the name Bravewood.
Please be assured that while our name is changing, our steadfast dedication to you and our core principles remain unchanged. Our mission to serve as your haven of peace and stability continues. The spirit of Overwood, which you've grown to trust and depend on, will persist and flourish even stronger under Bravewood.
We selected the name Bravewood, firmly believing in the bravery each of our clients demonstrates while pursuing their financial goals. As always, our role is to support you in these endeavors. We remain the investment firm that empowers you to confront the world with bravery, knowing your funds are in safe and capable hands.
