Following this significant milestone, the company is set to transition to its new identity, Bravewood Finance Limited, effective July 3, 2023.
The transition comes as part of a strategic move to align the company's name with the granted license and further enhance its commitment to providing secure, efficient, and reliable financial services. As part of this change, Overwood Limited's website (www.overwood.ng) will migrate to a new domain (www.bravewood.ng).
On Sunday, July 2, 2023, www.overwood.ng will briefly be down to facilitate the transition. Following this, attempts to access the old site will automatically redirect to www.bravewood.ng. The company assures clients that this transition will be seamless and the process has been carefully planned to minimize disruption.
